The Man, The Machine and the Open Road!!!
And finally, I have reached Sunnyvale today from Los Angeles and it was a great trip. Fortunately or unfortunately, there were no goofups from me this time. Can you believe it? 😀
My car today was a classic 2009 model Hyundai Sonata:
I started from LA, this morning around 11:30 AM and reached Sunnyvale around 5:30 PM. A drive of about 350 miles and it was brilliant.
It was with a heavy heart that I set forth from LA.
The expressway I-5 was as straight as a dart, and traffic was pretty much as shown in the below picture:
The speeds that I maintained were pretty consistently as shown in the below picture: (which means that I also went faster 😉 )
And finally, since I was in San Francisco, I had to see the Golden Gate Bridge and so I pestered a few friends to tag along with me.
Well, what we saw was err……….this:
I thought that it would be bathed in lights, but actually it was the very opposite, I could not see much of this steel monster…….well, another day my friend…….
So here I am at 0:27 AM, Monday morning writing this post after driving about 450 miles in total today. Boy, am I exhausted!!! Even the bed bugs cannot disturb OG today!!
